Enjoy an incredible meal and a variety of wines at "Azul" the fine poetry of dining - The Azul menu will feature a Mediterranean cuisine with a Mexican influence. Fresh seafood and an array of chef recommendations prepared daily.

If you are in the mood for a fresh light menu we suggest "The Grill" at the Pool - dishes include a lobster club sandwich and ceviche, served martini style. We also have an assortment of our home made frozen sorbet served pool-side to keep you cool.

After a fine dining experience, head to "The Bar at Azul" for a cocktail, cigar, or one of our famous desserts in the lounge overlooking the Mayan Sunset and the lights of the Cozumel Island. The bar also features a light bistro menu for late night snacks.

Guests will enjoy the pampering spa where they may take in a relaxing massage, facial, or a traditional Mayan body wrap. Tai Chi on the beach and yoga are also be available. In addition to the 30 private swimming pools, Ikal del Mar will feature a lagoon pool with butler service.

The Temazcal bath is our specialty of the house and combines a clensing sweat bath with herbs, flowers, music and a soothing massage. The word Temazcal, in Nahuatl language, is a combination of the words Temaz, meaning bath, and Calli, meaning home. The ceremony was practiced by the Mayans and other indigenous groups as a therapuedic and purifying ritual.

For the adventurers Ikal del Mar can organize an array of activities, cave diving, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, biking, horsebackriding or even try skydiving. The sky is the limit.
