Nestled on a wetland estuary between the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Pacific Ocean,
an enchanted paradise beckons where those with an appreciation for nature and an affinity
for the unique will find Hotelito. Hotelito is located on one of the most important sea
turtle and bird reserves in Mexico. They use solar energy and at night, hundreds of
candles light the rooms, restaurant, and pathways throughout the resort.
Just a short rowboat ride across the estuary, the Pacific washes ashore the pristine virgin
beach, where sea turtles nest from June to January. Looking back east toward Hotelito,
foothills leading to a distant mountain range cradle the area, completing the unforgettable
panorama.
One of the true treasures of Hotelito is our staff, 90% of which comes from our neighboring
village, Cruz de Loreto. Our guests find them caring, charming, and filled with the
openhearted hospitality that is so much a part of Mexico.
